Delivered a multi-part internal operations automation: (1) Fireflies-to-ClickUp integration that automatically posts meeting transcripts and action items to the correct client folder after every call, (2) a Slack knowledge bot via Zapier that indexes all client data for instant team queries, and (3) a reusable pipeline template system so new insurance company clients can be onboarded in days, not weeks.
