The startup needed a full client lifecycle management system - from prospecting through onboarding, bike tracking, and offboarding - and their launch was only 8 weeks away with zero systems built. Every process was manual, and there was no way to scale without automation from day one.
The Solution
Built an end-to-end CRM and operations system in Airtable with QR code-based bike identification for instant check-in/out, automated contract generation via Microsoft Word templates, invoice creation through Xero integration, and a customer-facing booking portal built on Softr. Make.com orchestrated all workflows across platforms, tying everything together into a single automated business operating system - delivered in just 2 weeks.
